Recognize when your trapped in a miasma - an oppressive or highly unpleasant atmosphere that surrounds or eminates from something (or a situation). Simply put a highly shitty situation which seems inescapable.
Know there are numerous paths to escape the miasma. The first step is to manage your emotional response to the challenges so you are not overwhelmed. Seek out how you can turn around the negative elements of the miasma into positive meaning and results. Determine what is important and define your goal(s) for the end game. Then focus your power coupled with persistence to move toward your goal while staying true to what is important.
Remember a clear mind, managed emotions, patience, and focused attention will prevail in escaping any miasma.
